Open Connect Etsy Shop, choose Connect Etsy, and complete authorization on Etsy. MakerVista never asks for your Etsy password. Return to MakerVista, load your Etsy listings, select the listings you want, and choose Import selected. Imported listings remain in your workspace.
Use Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, or Custom to review sales. Use Refresh Sales when you intentionally want fresh Etsy data. The dashboard summarizes sales, cost, estimated profit, fees, product mix, and individual transactions.
Review sales, orders, units, top-performing items, inventory opportunities, and business advice. Use the available time ranges to compare recent performance.
Track physical materials and inventory with quantity, unit cost, and total cost. MakerVista assigns SOH-style SKUs to stock-on-hand records.
Store supplier information and map supplier products to MakerVista products when you need a clearer view of sourcing and product costs.
Review sales by year, month, and item. Use item history to understand changes over time and move into Market Comparison when you want competitive context.
Compare your Etsy listing with similar listings. Review price position, shipping indicators, ratings, and other available competitive signals.
Research broader product interest and trend signals. Use the Pinterest Trends area when you want an additional view of what shoppers may be interested in.
Add competitor shops you want to follow. MakerVista can retain competitor information so returning to the page does not require rebuilding your list.
Use opportunity and trend information to identify products or categories that may deserve more research before you invest in inventory or advertising.
Use this area to manage social connections and prepare product content for publishing. Review the suggested hashtags and content before posting.
